TERESA ALLEN, a dynamic customer service speaker is owner of Common Sense Solutions, a national customer service and sales training and consulting firm focused on bringing common sense solutions to businesses and life! A recipient of the President's award from her chapter of NSA and two time recipient of the ASTD Professional Trainer of the Year Award, Teresa has been presenting her highly acclaimed customer service keynote and training programs for over 20 years.

Common Sense Service: Close Encounters on the Front Lines, and is co-author of The Service Path: Your Roadmap for Building Strong Customer Loyalty.
Teresa was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she obtained her degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She enjoyed a highly successful sales career with both national corporations and local businesses for over ten years prior to forming her customer service training and consulting firm. In addition to speaking and training, Teresa has served as guest host of local television programming and has authored customer service and sales articles in local, regional and national publications. She has also appeared in several motion pictures.
Teresa is the proud parent of two grown daughters and lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with her husband of 30 years. Teresa enjoys travel and writing and plays keyboards in her church praise band. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Teresa loves her adopted state of Louisiana where she is a past Mardi Gras Queen!
