Customer Service Speaker Teresa's AV Needs:

  • wireless lav mike
  • laptop projection system/laptop/screen
    (Teresa will bring her presentation on a flash drive)
  • handheld wireless mike for audience involvement
  • if your program includes music she will provide CD or mp3 to your AV staff
  • **No mikes required if your group is smaller than 50

Room Setup

  • Round tables preferred/ Chevroned rectangular tables OK
  • Cocktail height small skirted table to right of speaker
  • At least 4' between speaker and first row/table of seating
  • If book sales allowed, skirted table near exit door

  1. How do I schedule Teresa Allen, Customer Service Speaker for my meeting?
    Teresa is anxious to talk with you and learn more about your meeting objectives. Fill out the contact form on this page and Teresa will call you as soon as possible to confirm date availability and discuss your event.
  2. What are your speaking fees?
    Teresa will be happy to quote a fee for your engagement after she has spoken with you.  Please note that she offers discounts for non-profits, associations and certain geographic locations.  Teresa's standard fees are inclusive of all travel except hotel.
  3. Can you present a keynote and a breakout session at the same meeting?
    Absolutely!  Teresa only charges a small additional fee for added programs. Because Teresa has a training background, she is well equipped to delve deep into subject matter in a breakout session or training which complements your keynote presentation.
  4. How am I charged for expenses? Do you require a deposit?
    To make your budgeting easier (and with no surprises!) Teresa's standard presentation fees include all expenses except two nights hotel to be direct billed to your organization.  Your deposit will be 50% of your program fee plus any anticipated airfare.
  5. How far in advance do I need to book my program?
    When you have decided that Teresa is the perfect speaker for your event, you will want to book your date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment over a date that is no longer available.  Once Teresa has received your deposit and signed contract, your date is considered firm.
  6. Do you use PowerPoint?
    Teresa does use PowerPoint, but mainly as a backdrop to her presentation.  You will NOT have a presentation with 5 bullet points per screen.  That would bore any audience!  Teresa's presentations are a wonderful mixture of stories, important content, and audience involvement.  A fun, memorable, and down-to-earth presentation style has been her trademark and has captivated audiences for over 17 years!
  7. How do you handle your handouts?
    Teresa will provide you with a pdf of her handout master.  You as the client will make copies and can thus easily handle any changes in registration at the last minute.
  8. May I videotape your presentation?
    Please ask Teresa re your specific need and planned use.  A separate agreement is required for any audio or video recording of Teresa's presentation.
