THINK Constantly about New Opportunities/Innovations
Look at things with new eyes
What are we doing now... how could we do differently?
THINK Fearlessly and Fearfully
What calculated risks are we taking to move to the next level?
What do we fear? Are the fears rational and justified?
Are we channeling our fears into positive energy and results?
THINK in 3 Time Zones
PAST
What mistakes of the past do we need to examine?
What are our success hallmarks?
PRESENT
How are we using our resources of time and money?
Are we spending $ or investing dollars in future success
FUTURE
What are our goals for the day, the week, the month?
Does everyone know their part in reaching the goals we set?
Are we recognizing that personal fulfillment important to professional success?
THINK Daily about Growing Your Network to Build Sales
Does every employee understand their connection to sales?
Is every employee networking in our local, regional, and national marektplaces?
Are we maximizing the use of social media to stay connected?
Are we giving of our knowledge to others trying to build their success?
THINK Obsessively about Customer Service
Are we totally focused on the customer?
Do we understand the customer's journey?
Are we trying to maximize the customer experience?
Do our customers know how important they are to us?
Are we taking positive actions to reap the rewards of an Entrepreneurial Mindset?
